I have my own experience with weight issues and I can tell you one thing:

a good weight-reduction plan has to take into account all aspects of the life of a person. As the saying goes, where there is a will, there is a way. 

The problem is that "the way" is cluttered with disinformation.

 

There is very little support out there for those of you who wish to reduce their weight in a healthy, sustainable way.

 

Most "solutions" given to people are one-sided (i.e. they only tackle the physical aspect and completely ignore the psychological, emotional and spiritual) or scientifically inaccurate (i.e. "diets" and plans that make bold promises that are scientifically false or that advocate practices that are unsustainable or highly impractical for the average person).

I will guide you through a process of sustainable transformation that takes into account all the areas of your life:

  • Emotional

  • Relationships

  • Spiritual

Excess weight is a health problem and it is sustained by psychological, relational, and spiritual reasons. These are the root causes of your struggle. When you address these, finding the right method that tackles the physical aspect becomes a natural consequence.
